“You’ll often see beds of flowers at the end of vineyard rows," said resident photographer Richard Duval. "It’s not just for the aesthetic appeal - though that certainly is pronounced. Plants also act as insectaries which can improve biodiversity and aid in pest management. Visiting Tapteil Winery, I captured a hard working rose garden and lavender bed that rings this beautiful Red Mountain vineyard.”
