The 2008 Washington Wine Report Reader Survey for wine of the year continues. With six days left to vote, Gilbert Cellars Cabernet and Syrah are showing strong along with Efeste "Jolie Bouche" Syrah 2006 and William Church Bishop’s Blend 2006 also in the hunt. However, lots of time left to vote and lots of wines to vote on. Again, after this survey closes I will take the top three wines and we'll let them duke it out in a final survey for Washington wine supremacy.

Later today I will get some more wine notes up and late tonight, drumroll please, I will release Washington Wine Report's 2008 Washington Wines of the Year, a list of my top wines from 2008.
