Harvest is a time of great activity for Washington wineries but for resident photographer Richard Duval, it’s also prime photo time.“Sean and I spent a day during harvest in the Rattlesnake Hills appellation fully immersed in harvest and crush activities of some great wineries,” he said. “We started the morning at Owen Roe estate vineyard and ended the day at Bonair’s historic Morrison Vineyard, oldest vineyard in Rattlesnake Hills. Harvest is the most colorful time of the year in wine country – grapes turning full color, deep green vines, cooler temperatures mixed with steady sun – all combined for a rich palette and my favorite setting of the season.”
