Vineyards in Washington State started picking the first of their fruit today as the 2012 harvest began across the Columbia Valley. Sagemoor Vineyards started out harvest picking Sauvignon Blanc. Other vineyards in Red Mountain and other areas were due to start picking in the coming days.
