Heading out this morning to Walla Walla for Holiday Barrel Tasting. I will be there through Monday checking out a number of old favorites as well as new wineries and wineries I haven't visited yet. Wineries on the agenda for Friday include: Woodward Canyon, L'Ecole No. 41, Long Shadows, and Saviah.

Two recommendations: JLC over at the airport (terrific wine that has no visibility in Western Washington) and the Trust Cellars/Chateau Rollat shared tasting room.
